  • Sessions take place at The Culinary Collective in Johannis, Nuremberg, and are designed for groups of up to 14 people. Duration and menu are adapted to your team — from a focused 2-hour session to a full afternoon in the kitchen.

    We work from the same French technique as our cooking classes, with menus tailored to your group's preferences and dietary requirements.
