About Atelier Cuisine
Atelier Cuisine is a boutique cooking school launching in Nuremberg this autumn. We teach people to cook with intuition and understanding, not by following recipes. Built on classic French technique, with one simple aim: helping beginners truly understand how cooking works. Small groups, capped at ten. Less recipes, more intuition.
What we're looking for
A chef with extended professional experience in the kitchen
A deep understanding of French cuisine, ideally including time spent cooking in France
A natural teacher who explains why techniques work, not just how, and enjoys sharing the tips that turn nervous beginners into confident cooks
Pedagogy, rigour and warmth in equal measure
Reliable, communicative, and able to commit to agreed dates
Based in or near Nuremberg
English and German
The role
Freelance, teaching small hands-on groups on concentrated teaching days. You'll work with the founder to shape and refine the class programme. Classes are taught in English and German, depending on demand.
